With a new year comes new resolutions and goals. These resolutions symbolize what we care about most in life and reflect the areas we want to improve upon. Sometimes it’s hard to figure out where to start. Bellevue LifeSpring is here to help with solutions for your new year’s resolutions!
If one of your resolutions is to meet new people:
You can bring a social aspect to your philanthropy and join a Bellevue LifeSpring Membership Circle. As a Bellevue LifeSpring circle member, you are part of a large network of friends that truly make a difference in the everyday lives of Bellevue children in need. We have eight different membership circles, including a Youth Council, that are spread throughout Bellevue — learn more about each of them and see how you can become a circle member.
If one of your resolutions is to reconnect with old friends:
Invite your friends, old and new, to our 21st Annual Step Up to the Plate Benefit Luncheon on May 24, 2022, at the Meydenbauer Center! This incredible event brings together neighbors, local business leaders, and philanthropists to learn about the need in our community and gather around a bigger purpose of supporting Bellevue children in need. Stay tuned for registration information!
If one of your resolutions is to give back to your community:
Bellevue LifeSpring has so many great ways to get involved and make an impact on your neighbors in need.
You can donate to support brighter futures for Bellevue students! When children have their basic needs met, they are more likely to thrive and reach their fullest potential. Your investment in Bellevue’s students creates better learning opportunities, a prepared workforce, and ultimately a stronger Bellevue.
You can host a snack pack drive or simply donate healthy snacks for Bellevue students. It can be hard to focus on an empty stomach. Snack packs stop hunger in its tracks and help ensure students have the nutrition they need for a successful school day. Snacks are a vital resource to students that don’t get breakfast at home or need a snack after-school. Check out our Snack Pack Toolkit to learn how to pack and donate snacks for students.
If one of your resolutions is to build a legacy that lasts:
You can become a Bellevue LifeSpring legacy investor and make a lasting impact on Bellevue children. Legacy investments ensure the sustainability of Bellevue LifeSpring programs today AND tomorrow. Fifty percent of each legacy gift is used to fund current programs, and fifty percent is invested in Bellevue LifeSpring’s endowment fund, so Bellevue’s children continue to have the opportunity to achieve a brighter future.

We are grateful to you!
Thanks to our community’s generosity, we have prevented homelessness and provided meals to thousands of children and their families in need since the COVID-19 crisis began. Moving forward, together, we know we have the power to end poverty in Bellevue for good.
No matter how you make Bellevue LifeSpring part of your new year, we hope you have a great 2022!
